  1. DRINK TILL THE WORLD ENDS - the best thing you can do for your body and skin is to drink at least 2 litres of water per day (plus you can add some herbal or green tea)
  2. CAT WALK - pilates will train your legs without making them bigger
  3. PHOTO SHOOT - choose your smile (Anita Ekberg's small one/Marilyn Monroe's big one)
  4. ART - never use to much make-up
  5. SLOW DOWN - always think about cutting your hair down - don't regret it
